To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of stains, no distinct smells or odours, no damages, unaltered, no pet hair, no tanners, no deodorant or perfumes, unwashed condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
