To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of stains, no distinct smells or odours, no damages, unaltered, no pet hair, no tanners, no deodorant or perfumes, unwashed condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not provide prepaid return labels — return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You may use any carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
