Hello lovely fashionistas! We're a small but mighty team here at My Fashion Trunk, and we're dedicated to making your shopping experience as fabulous as possible. While we may not have the resources of a multi-million dollar company (yet!), we promise to do our best to accommodate your returns. However, please bear in mind that we can't always act as fast or have the same return policies as the big retailers. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us as we grow.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of stains, no distinct smells or odours, no damages, unaltered, no pet hair, no tanners, no deodorant or perfumes, unwashed condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@myfashiontrunk.com. Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs, you may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us. We suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for lost parcels en route back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not forget to mark your name and order number somewhere visible.
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before site-wide sales.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Final sale items include swimwear bottoms, intimates, masks, jewelry and accessories. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We apologize that your item(s) did not work out for you. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds do require roughly 7-10 business days to process each bank does have varying processing times.
