EXCHANGE ONLY

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of stains, no distinct smells or odours, no damages, unaltered, no pet hair, no tanners, no deodorant or perfumes, unwashed condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please keep the following in mind:

• We do not provide prepaid return labels — return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• You may use any carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

• Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item being sent back to them.

• Be sure to clearly include your name and order number on or inside the package.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
